Ingredients
- 2 ounces Fino Sherry
- 1½ ounces Pineapple Shrub
- ¼ ounce Fo Realz Grenadine (or other high-quality grenadine)
- Clove Tincture (can substitute Angostura Bitters)
Preparation
Method: Add all except tincture to cobbler tin (or julep cup). Add crushed ice, stir. Add more crushed ice, top with grenadine and Clove Tincture or Angostura bitters.
Garnish: Thai Basil.
Glass: Julep cup or small shaker tin.
