Preparation

Method: Add all except tincture to cobbler tin (or julep cup). Add crushed ice, stir. Add more crushed ice, top with grenadine and Clove Tincture or Angostura bitters.

Garnish: Thai Basil.

Glass: Julep cup or small shaker tin.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Fino Sherry
  • 1½ ounces Pineapple Shrub
  • ¼ ounce Fo Realz Grenadine (or other high-quality grenadine)
  • Clove Tincture (can substitute Angostura Bitters)
