Preparation

Combine and shake bourbon, puree, syrup, lemon juice, and liqueur. Double strain over coupe glass. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.

  • 1 1/3 ounces Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 ounce green apple puree
  • 2/3 ounce allspice syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce chili liqueur
  • Cinnamon stick
