Ferment 75

One of Korman’s all-time favorite wine trips was to Cognac, France, and she loves a good French 75 from Arnaud’s. The classic Cognacor gin-based drink gets a modern twist by substituting elderflower-pineapple flavored kombucha (providing bubbles similar to those in Champagne) and Mississippi’s own honeysuckle vodka shines as the main spirit.
