Dawn Treader

The Dawn Treader is a variation on the Absinthe Suissesse, a popular brunch drink among “women of a certain age” that Cole Newton of Twelve Mile learned at Commander’s Palace. “The light floral notes of the hibiscus in Toulouse Red sit on top of earthy herbal components, and, well, coffee with brunch, coffee with almond—it all added up.”
