Pack a Punch. Bespoke cocktails are lovely things to behold, but when it comes to entertaining there is something special about gathering around one big bowl of punch.
Peel the lemons. Muddle lemon peels with sugar. Set aside for as long as possible.
Squeeze 1 cup lemon juice from the lemons. Double strain the juice to remove all the pulp and then combine tea, soda water and lemon juice. Stir to dissolve sugar. Strain out the peels, add the booze, put it in a big bowl. Serve over ice.
