- 2 ounces Pineau des Charentes
- 1½ ounces fresh watermelon water*
- ¼ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- ¼ ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 pineapple leaf (optional)
- Coffee beans (optional)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain over ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf and coffee beans (optional).
* Watermelon water is simply the strained juice of a watermelon. To make it, muddle the watermelon and strain it.
