In addition to scooping at a few of New Orleans festivals (French Quarter Fest, Bayou Boogaloo, NOWFE), top restaurants like GW Fins, Brennan’s, and Galatoire’s use it in signature desserts, and Quintin supplies ice cream shops across the city. You’ll also find a good selection of pint-sized flavors (Zulu Coconut, Saint Peter Pistachio, Bourbon Pecan, Pumpkin Creole Spice) at Whole Foods, Good Eggs, Rouses, Robert Fresh Market, Zuppardo’s, and Hollygrove Market.
