These crazy kids don’t mess around with mass-produced pastes, powders, or bases to make their gelatos and ice creams (like so many others do); they churn every last creamy, delicious bite from scratch, using Ryal’s Rocking R Dairy milk. If you’re Jazz Festing, don’t forget to grab one of La Divina’s sublime ice cream sandwiches from the tricycle vendor parked outside the grandstand.
