Why We Love It: Located in the historic Roosevelt Hotel, Domenica is where New Orleans goes downtown for rustic, wood-fired pizzas, along with some of the best regional Italian food in the city. You’ll find unique dishes inspired by local ingredients, from the restaurant’s serious in-house charcuterie program to favorites like the roasted cauliflower with whipped goat cheese, thanks to James Beard award-winning executive chef/partner Alon Shaya (“2015 Best Chef-South”).
