Why We Love It: Chef Loubier has a passion for seasonality and using local ingredients at his Riverbend restaurant. Like most brunch places in NOLA, it's first come, first serve. Go early and give yourself time to choose from all of the delicious offerings at Dante's. The menu features House-Cured Salmon Gravlax, Bacon Praline Cinnamon Buns, and a BLT made with pork belly.
