Why We Love It: Latitude 29 is a brand new spot at the Bienville Hotel that promises lost exotic cocktail recipes. There isn’t a drink on this menu that isn’t enticing. The namesake creation is made with 8 yr. Demerara rum, passion fruit puree, Madagascar vanilla syrup, and orange, pineapple, and lemon juices. It’s only been open a couple of months and already getting 5 star reviews across the bar.
