Tujague’s 160th Anniversary Guest Chef Dinner Series: Chef Stephen Stryjewski

Tujague’s, New Orleans’ second oldest dining institution, is celebrating its 160th anniversary this year. To commemorate this historic milestone, the restaurant will be hosting several special dinners featuring some of New Orleans' top chefs. The three-month series will kick off on Thursday, June 2, 2016 with James Beard Award-winning Chef Stephen Stryjewski - chef and partner of New Orleans’ award-winning Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Pêche Seafood Grill, and Calcasieu.
For this one-night-only event, Stryjewski will collaborate with Tujague’s Executive Chef Marcus Woodham to create a five-course dinner with wine pairings. The evening will start with a champagne reception at 7pm, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Link Stryjewski Foundation.
Additional dinners will take place in July and August. Dates and guest chefs will be announced.
