Sea To Table (Veterans)

On Thursday, October 29, 2015, Whole Foods Market on Veterans Memorial Boulevard (Metairie) will host a 'Sea to Table' dinner. The four-course event will be prepared by Chef Eric Cook of American Sector and Chef Michael Gulotta of MoPho. Each dish will feature sustainably-sourced Gulf seafood, as well as be accompanied by a specially-selected wine pairing.
In addition to the main event, guests will also be treated to a tour of the store's seafood department. Whole Foods team members, as well as representatives of Audubon Nature Institute G.U.L.F and Louisiana Sea Grant, will be on hand to answer questions. All funds raises will go to benefit these two organizations.
