Sea To Table (Broad Street)

On Thursday, October 22, 2015, Whole Foods Market on Broad Street (New Orleans) will host a 'Sea to Table' dinner. The four-course event will be prepared by Chef Ryan Prewitt of Peche and Executive Chef Alan Ehrich of the Audubon Nature Institute. Each dish will feature sustainably-sourced Gulf seafood, as well as be accompanied by a specially-selected wine pairing.
While the main event will be hosted in the Liberty's Kitchen Cafe, guests will also be treated to a tour of the store's seafood department. In addition to Whole Foods team members, representatives of Audubon Nature Institute G.U.L.F and Louisiana Sea Grant will be on hand to answer questions. All funds raised will go to benefit these two organizations.
