Pork & Beer Dinner
Meauxbar and Chappapeela Farms will host a Pork & Beer dinner featuring a 4-course pairing menu. The evening will highlight various cuts and preparations of Chappapeela Farms pork, including three savory dishes by executive chef John Bel and a dessert course by pastry chef Ruby Bloch. Each course will be paired with beer or beer-based cocktail pairing from Chappapeela Farms Brewery, including the Farmhouse Saison and the Amite Duroc.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for passed hors d'oeurves and happy hour-priced cocktails. Guests will be seated for dinner at 7 p.m. Call Meauxbar to make reservations at 504-569-9799.
