NOEW Food Innovation Summit
As part of New Orleans Entrepreneur Week 2016, the Food Innovation Summit will take place on Sunday, March 13. The event will focus on "the fusion of old methods, current trends, and modern palates."
From the NOEW website:
"As our culinary landscape evolves, we make room for the new, while constantly incorporating the pillars which we stand on. In this second installment of the Food Innovation Summit, attendees will hear from some of New Orleans's most recognizable culinary figures as well as new up-and-coming entrepreneurs on the scene."
Presented by The Idea Village and My House NOLA, the afternoon will include a keynote by Chef John Besh, presentations on alcohol innovation and modern dining concepts, a special "Cottage Industry" panel (led by Edible New Orleans Editor Stephanie Carter), and more.
