Throughout Lent, Chef de Cuisine Brian Mottola will present a special variety of seafood and vegetarian dishes at NOLA in the French Quarter.

Guests can enjoy Grilled Scottish Salmon with crushed Yukon gold potatoes, crème fraiche, salsa verde, crispy Brussels sprouts and pickled peppers, as well as New Bedford Scallops with parsnip puree, fennel, cerignola olives and orange butter sauce.  Veggie options include the Vegetarian Entrée – quinoa, Brussels sprouts salad, charred green tomato, shiitake mushrooms, butternut squash, baby spinach, roasted fennel and marcona almonds and Veggie Pizza fresh from the wood-burning oven with artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, tomato, feta, and house-made ricotta cheese.
