During Lent, diners can still indulge in “New New Orleans” flavors as Emeril's Chef de Cuisine David Slater offers both seafood and vegetarian specials.  

On the lighter side, dishes include Charred Local Kale Salad with Blue Crab, pickled Fresno chilis, boiled peanuts, watermelon radish, parmesan and crisp sweet onions in a citrus-buttermilk dressing; Warm Cauliflower “Caesar” with grilled romaine, Covey Rise tomatoes, olives, feta and pomegranate; and the Maine Lobster Salad with avocado butternut squash, fennel, endive, grapefruit, hazelnuts, trout roe tossed in a toasted poppy seed dressing.  Heartier options include Mussels Poutine with cheese curds, pickled chilis, charred scallion and hand cut fries and Emeril’s signature BBQ Shrimp.
