Emeril's Delmonico: Lent Seafood Specials
Those abstaining during Lent will find an array of dining options at Emeril’s Delmonico, where Chef de Cuisine Anthony Scanio will offer seafood specials including Gulf Shrimp a la Creole with okra, rice and plantain fritters and Gulf Fish of the Day with Louisiana shrimp, grilled vegetables, mirliton pickle and bouillabaisse broth. Chef Scanio’s gumbo, which rotates regularly, will be a Lenten-kosher Seafood & Okra Gumbo, available now through Easter Sunday.
