Emeril Lagasse Foundation's Boudin, Bourbon & Beer

The Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s signature fundraising event will be held in Champions Square on Friday, Nov. 13 and will showcase over 50 of the nation’s best chefs and bourbon enthusiasts for an evening of Louisiana-inspired culinary celebration. Tickets are now on sale for $99 (http://boudinbourbonandbeer.com/).

 

Now in its fifth year, Boudin, Bourbon & Beer will feature local and national chefs preparing their own style of boudin. Some of the country’s best chefs, including Cory Bahr, Frank Stitt, Justin Devillier, Kristen Essig, John Currence, Chris Shepherd and more will join Chef Emeril Lagasse along with honorary co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Mario Batali. 

 

In addition to a selection of brews from Abita Beer, the night will feature a signature Buffalo Trace Bourbon Smash cocktail, crafted by Emeril’s New Orleans bar manager, Miki Nikolic exclusively for Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2015. Guests will also enjoy live musical entertainment throughout the evening. This year’s lineup will be announced in early October. Ticket price for the event includes all food and beverage and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com.

 

Boudin, Bourbon & Beer is part of the Foundation’s two-night signature fundraising weekend and is held annually the night prior to nationally recognized wine auction and gala dinner, Carnivale du Vin. Last year’s fundraising weekend raised $2.25 million for children’s charities.
