The Southern Food and Beverage Museum is pleased to announce its latest edition to its weekly cooking series and lunch demonstrations with the launch of a Creole Italian cooking class.

This unique cooking demonstration and lunch offers guests an in-depth look into the origin of Creole-Italian cuisine - when Sicilians came to New Orleans in the late 1800's and adapted the established Creole ingredients into their cooking.

The $40 lunch menu features: Italian Olive Salad with Fresh Lemon, Creole Red Gravy with Sweet Italian Sausage and Pasta, Made to Order Snoballs and Garlic Bread and Iced Tea.
