The opening of Trinity on Lower Decatur in the French Quarter in Late 2015 will signal the arrival of one of the most anticipated restaurants of the season. The brainchild of Executive Chef Scott Maki and General ManagerWilliam David; Trinity will celebrate the hospitality, cuisine, and conviviality synonymous with all-things-New Orleans and feature an innovative menu reflecting the various cultural influences that define Louisiana fare.

Inspired by the Cajun slang word for “to run the roads and never stay home,” Maki will host Trinity Rodee’ –a one-night-only pop-up Wednesday, November 11th at 7PM at G&O Food Company, located on the bottom floor of the Exchange Center at 935 Gravier Street

Limited to 35 seats, this exclusive opportunity will give those who can’t wait for Trinity’s opening a preview of what Maki has in store for the restaurant’s debut.  Priced at $75 per person (all inclusive), the five-course dinner includes a welcome cocktail and wine pairings.
