Bryant Terry Lecture

On Thursday, April 14th, award-winning chef and author Bryant Terry will offer a free lecture at Dillard University's Georges Auditorium.
Bryant Terry is a graduate of Xavier University, as well as a 2015 James Beard Foundation Leadership Award winner. He is known for his activism - "striving to create a healthy, just, and sustainable food system." Terry is currently the chef-in-residence at the Museum of the African Diaspora (MoAD) in San Francisco. His work has been published in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and other well-respected news outlets. Terry's fourth book, Afro-Vegan, was published in April 2014, and named by Amazon.com as one of the best cookbooks of that year.
