American Sector / Kenwood Vineyards Pairing Dinner
On Thursday, May 26, 2016, The American Sector Restaurant & Bar will host Kenwood Vineyards for its NOWFE Vintner Dinner. Chef Eric Cook has collaborated with Kenwood on the creation of a four-course pairing menu.
“I am thrilled to be hosting a dinner with Kenwood Vineyards,” states Chef Cook. “Their wines are always highly rated by the most notable wine experts and they pair so beautifully with the both simple and complex foods.”
Courses will include a foie gras torchon, warm duck salad, lamb shank ravioli, and devil's food doberge cake.
