Allison Alsup’s article “Table Lessons” from Edible New Orleans’ Winter 2014 issue has been selected for inclusion in Best Food Writing 2015. The annual compendium features the finest of food-focused articles, profiles and memoirs from both well-known and emerging industry leaders and authors. “Table Lessons” profiles New Orleans chef and culinary legend Leah Chase.

“We are honored to be included in this important anthology in our inaugural year,” says Publisher and Editor Stephanie Carter. “Allison Alsup’s warm and compelling story about Leah Chase demonstrates that—after all the articles and books about her—there will always be more to write about this fascinating lady.”

Best Food Writing 2015 includes pieces by Anthony Bourdain, Alice Waters and John T. Edge, among others. Copies can be purchased at your favorite local bookstore or through IndieBound.org, BarnesAndNoble.com and Amazon.com.
